SERVING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AND CLIENT-CONTRACTED SERVICES

As a full service electrical, data communications and security services installer and maintenance contractor, City Electrical Services (Australia) or CESA has served the Sydney construction and service industry since the mid-1980s.  Our Australian-owned family company has grown consistently and is recognised as a Tier 1 Contracting firm working with Sydney’s largest developers and builders including Mirvac Constructions, Lend Lease, Taylor Group and many more  Commercial/Residential Projects as part of our Construction Division.

Our electrical business has been running continuously over the last 30 years, adopting the name City Electrical Services (Aust) in 2001.

Managing Director Terry Parathyras was there from the start: originally one of the crew of electrical tradesmen, he took a vital interest in developing the business and has been instrumental in its growth and expansion in new market territories.

Our staff of over 70 technical and support personnel as well as a regular rotation of electrical apprentices complements our service fleet of seven dedicated vehicles to ensure fast response to emergency requests or urgent service calls.  CESA also has a General Manager and four highly experienced Project Managers to facilitate mid- to large-size construction installations.
