In an area transformation spanning seven years, this prime redevelopment was a joint venture between Walsh Bay Finance and Transfield. City Electrical installed the complete Electrical and Communication services for this development mix of commercial, retail and residential facilities. On completion in 2004, the $650M project was recognised by more than 60 Australian and International industry awards.
