5 Rider Boulevard is located within the Rhodes Waterside development. It is an A-grade office building comprising 8 levels of contemporary workspace, including four levels of basement parking over a total of 25,015 square metres. 5 Rider Boulevard achieved a 5.5 star NABERS energy rating. The electrical installation comprised of C-bus dsi lighting controls, monitored emergency lighting system and a back-up generator system.

Darling Island is an A-grade office building developed by Mirvac in 2006. Comprising of 22,197 square metres across six office floors and two basement parking levels. Situated on the Sydney CBD fringe close to the waterfront, the building features large floor plates of greater than 4,400 square metres each and has achieved a 5.5 star NABERS Energy rating. I Darling Island is home to Fairfax Media.
