Terry joined CESA in the 1980s and has been instrumental in the company's growth and development for 35 years. Terry's vision and dedication have earned the company accolades of respect for strong ethics and capabilities, the basis for major stakeholder relationships in the construction/development industry.

John joined CESA in 2011 with over 20 years' experience managing electrical projects and building strong relationships with clients and consultants. John manages CESA’s operations and works closely with the Director to maintain high standards in all areas of the company.

John commenced with CESA in January 2006 as a Project Manager. In addition to over 35 years' experience in the electrical trades, he brings a high level of client care to every project management task.

John works closely with builders and architects to achieve the most cost-effective solutions without compromising their architectural intent. As a senior team member, he has managed and controlled numerous high profile projects including luxury high rise residential, industrial, commercial, retail fit outs, aged care facilities, theatres, and student accommodation.

Bill joined the CESA in 1996 and has over 30 years’ experience managing a variety of high profile projects making him an integral and highly regarded member of our team.

Bill’s strengths lie in managing complex landmark projects with exceptional outcomes and high client satisfaction.

George joined CESA in 1995 as an apprentice, new to the construction industry. George progressed rapidly working as a tradesman, leading hand, foreman, estimator and now is an integral part of the Project Management team.

George has extensive experience and knowledge in cost planning and management to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to a client's satisfaction.

Michael joined CESA in 1998 as an apprentice, Michael currently leads our Service Division and managing electrical upgrades, small installations, specialist works such as Cathodic protection and preventative maintenance.
